I’ve bought a lot of keyboards such as Razer and Corsair, but the Logitech G913 I bought this time was exactly the ultimate keyboard I was looking for. The keyboard I was looking for was Wireless, compact and unobtrusive, Feeling that makes you want to type forever.
I’m a PC gamer, so I’m good at writing games and office work, so I’ve always been looking for a keyboard that’s comfortable to type and doesn’t get tired even when typing for a long time .
It’s been about 3 years since I’ve been searching for it, and I’ve been trying out Bic Camera more than a dozen times. I finally came across a keyboard that fits nicely. This time, I will introduce such a keyboard.
Logitech G913 wireless keyboard
Here is a summary of the simple features of the G913 keyboard.
Features of Logitech G913
- Ultra-thin and wireless.
- Shallow keystrokes with GL switch.
- Instantly switch between USB receiver and Bluetooth connection.
- Equipped with the media controller.
- 16.8 million color LEDs with customizable keys.
The good points of G913

The feeling of hitting is the realm of God
Oh, I wonder how comfortable typing is on the keyboard
Since Logitech’s original thin GL switch is adopted, the actuation point (where the key reacts) is 1.5 mm and the key stroke is 2.7 mm, which is very shallow, so even I who do not have much acupressure can easily do it without exerting force. High-speed input is possible.
This comfort is addictive.
Of course, it is also recommended for games, and even in games that require instant response such as FPS, the response speed of the keys is fast, so you will not get “I just pressed it !!”.
Ultra-thin and wireless
It’s a full-size keyboard but it doesn’t get in the way
I’ve also used Razer’s full-frame gaming keyboards, but it’s really big and annoying.
Also, the lines of gaming keyboards are generally very thick, aren’t they? Combined with the size of the keyboard itself, it is very bulky.
That’s why I recommended a tenkeyless, compact gaming keyboard, but the G913’s thinness and wireless make it easier to handle than you might think.
Amazing battery
Officially, it is driven for 30 hours on a full charge, but I feel that 30 hours is a little short but this is when the LED brightness is used at Max, it lasts 59 hours at 75% brightness, 94 hours at 50%, 137 hours at 25%, and 1,101 hours with LED off.
1,101 hours will last 220 days even if you use it 5 hours a day. Even if you do not reduce the brightness, if you keep the LED lighting fixed, the driving time will be considerably extended.
Moreover, if you don’t touch the keyboard, it will automatically reduce the brightness and turn off the LED, so the battery life is very good. The wireless keyboard I used before had a bad battery, so I kept the LED off all the time. I think the Logitech G913 will shine.

At the top right of the keyboard is a volume wheel and media control keys that allow you to play / stop / forward / mute songs. Anyway, it’s convenient when listening to YouTube and music. It’s also great to be able to mute quickly.
Where G913 was not good enough
Key assignments other than G macro key cannot be changed.
It’s a high-end gaming keyboard, so I thought it was a lie, but I can’t change the key assignments except for the G key in the left column. Razer and Corsair gaming keyboards were surprised at this specification as all the keys are usually customizable.
When playing games, I often assigned the Escape key to the non-conversion key and used it conveniently, which was a bit of a problem. Since there is no help for it, I assign it to the G5 key and substitute it.
Why I chose Clicky
I play games, but I also write sentences, so I was really worried about clicky or tactile, which gives me feedback when I press a key.
I didn’t like the linear keyboard because all the keyboards I used so far had a red axis and I didn’t like the feeling of hitting.
After all, when typing, it feels better to have an appropriate “pressing feeling”.
The rest is clicky that makes a clear clicking sound or a tactile that feels like a press but does not make a sound, but since the keystrokes of this keyboard are very shallow, the tactile also feels almost linear.
The benefits of tactile (brown axis) are less noticeable than on a regular keyboard, with a slight, slight feedback.
This is difficult to explain in words, so please try it at the store.

This is the best keyboard ever
What did you think?
I’ve used a lot of keyboards, but I definitely like the G913 the best I’ve ever had.
Anyways,
- Typing feels good and doesn’t get tired
- Battery life is good even if the LED is lit
- It’s a full-size keyboard, but it’s thin and wireless, so it doesn’t get in the way.
Etc all the elements I was pursuing are satisfied.
The price is a little high, but the keyboard is directly linked to work efficiency and game fun, so it is highly recommended for those who are wondering about purchasing.
